Ahmed’s knowledge could be an asset to the county

I have been a longtime worker in the field of civic advocacy, trying to provide a way for the people of Maryland to voice their opinion at the county, state and federal levels of government so their needs can be addressed.

I have been hoping for someone to be a Maryland state delegate who is well-trained and who has a successful track record in using some of the new information technology tools to improve communication between citizens and government. Being an information scientist myself, I recognize that Shukoor Ahmed, running for delegate in District 23A, is that person. He is the CEO of V-empower Inc., a business with a successful track record that uses computer technology for purposes such as grassroots advocacy and civic networking.

We deserve to have Shukoor Ahmed as our stated delegate.
